This is a charming villa of the 18th century. The villa is the ideal place for small weddings with families and best friends. It offers accommodations for up to 18 guests in 8 separate bedrooms with private bathroom.
The villa of 500 square meters, situated on a promontory over the lake. The terrace has stone columns and loggias with a spectacular panoramic view, surrounded by fruit trees and flowers overlooking the enchanting lake.
On the ground fllor of the villa there are a large living room of 70 sqm partly decorated with original stones and vaulted ceiling, a wine cellar and a spacious fully equipped kitchen.
For a larger wedding, the venue can accommodate up to 60 guests for the ceremony and reception.
In this venue you can have the symbolic ceremony, but not the civil (legally-binding) ceremony.
Your Small Wedding in Lake Maggiore
My proposal for 3 nights from Monday to Thursday from May to October:
- Exclusive use of the villa with 8 rooms for 18 guests for 3 nights.
- English-speakinf officiator for your symbolic ceremony on the terrace or inside.
- Set-up for thr ceremony: chairs and table for the Officiant.
- Live Music for the ceremony at the location: violin or harp.
- DJ set for cocktail hour/appetizer, dinner and party.
- Makeup and hairstyling: Actual service the day of your wedding at the villa.
- A Photographer for the entire event.
- A Videographer for the entire event.
- Set-up of 18 chairs on the terrace for the ceremony , and table for the Officiator.
- One hour boat tour with your photographer for a photo shooting.
- Menù: it includes a rich Aperitif buffet on the terrace ; served dinner inside with 2 first courses, 1 main courses, wedding cake (1 tier), water and wine for the dinner.

Extras: *SIAE fee (*read what SIAE tax is at this link https://michelalunardievents.com/what-is-siae-tax/ ). Transfers on request. Staff menu. Flower decorations according to your tastes. Final cleanings.
