How does the booking process work for your “Elopements in Italy”? 6 Steps:

1. Our call is one of the most important ways for me to better understand your needs, and to help give you a more precise quote. Please be aware that since I cannot respond to requests that don’t contain all of the necessary contact info, above all, make sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.  Regarding venues, I have personally visited every venue that I recommend. Not all of the wedding venues that I suggest for small weddings can be featured on this website, so please feel free to contact me with all of your unique needs and I would be happy to talk to you about the full range of options!
2. Our call: during our call, we will have the chance to get to know each other, and to talk about your wishes, ideas and needs for your small wedding in Italy. We will discuss some details which will help me to create a customized proposal. If you have a wedding date in mind, I’ll ask your preferred venue to hold a date option for you, meaning that they will keep a wedding date of your choice for a few days until we confirm it, in order to avoid another couple booking
3. The Proposal: after a few days, I’ll send you 1 or 2 customized proposals for your small wedding in Italy. You’ll receive the starting total price of all the services you need for your wedding day, my service fee, and the extras to be considered. In addition, I will inform you about the venue’s availability and you will receive the venue’s option expiring date. This could be a week or 10 days, depending on the venue and the period requested!  If you will need any additional customized proposals for a small wedding package proposed by me, I will ask a fee to be paid to proceed. The amount of this fee will be deducted from the total amount of my fee in the case that you will confirm my services.
4. If you will choose to confirm my service, I’ll send you our agreement including the mutually agreed-upon fee arrangement for my services to be signed, and an invoice for the deposit to secure my services.
5. After that I’ll send you the venue’s contract to be signed with all the information for the first deposit requested by the venue.
6. Once all of the previous steps are taken care of, it’s time to start organizing your small wedding in Italy! We are now ready to begin our planning process. I’ll be there for you every step of the way, listening to your opinions and needs. I’ll recommend vendors for the services you need, giving you informed suggestions so that you can choose the best services for your Big Day.

MY FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING

• All the elopement packages in Italy comprehend my Full-Service Wedding Planning which includes: Unlimited emails, phone and skype calls. Budget creation and management. Location/Venue search and information (prices, policy, photos…). Creation and management of a planning timeline.  Customized vendor recommendations. Vendor liaison and relationship management. Review of vendor’s contracts. Payment schedules. Visit with the wedding couple (if the wedding couple can come to Italy before the wedding) for location, rehearsal menu, hair and make-up trial, meeting with other vendors that the couple needs (transfers and accommodation not included). Wedding day management until the beginning of the wedding dinner. Advice about accommodations and transfers ( we can inquire about the service fees and help you to book these services that can be paid directly).
