The farm production is in accordance with the respect of the environment. Today, the whole wine and olive oil’s production is organic and follows a specific philosophy which is to focus on safeguarding the environment and the single person.

Symbolic ceremony allowed; but no civil ceremony.

Accommodation:
Four country homesteads have been converted to charming suites and apartments, recently restored preserving the pure Tuscan style with terracotta floors, wood beamed ceilings and stone walls. The accommodation have been filled with thousands of family memories: trunks, kneading-troughs, antique glass cases, and other pieces of antique furniture which little by little were discovered in the local markets and restored by the wise touch of the Tuscan hand crafters. The property sleeps 40, up to 60 including the sofa beds.
