A special destination wedding venue in the Italian Riviera in the Gulf of Poets. 

I wanted to write about a specific top destination wedding venue in the Italian Riviera, a place I fell in love with, a Relais & Spa luxury Hotel in the beautiful and popular Gulf of Poets.

Open from March to November, and situated nera La Spezia, this is a very inspiring place, silent and relaxing. It is an ideal venue if you are looking for privacy and peace, surrounded by lavish vegetation.

The venue is a three-story building perched over the sea, which seems harmoniously mixed with the natural landscape.

This Relais & Spa is an amazingly top venue to organize your destination wedding. You can choose between arriving here on foot from the public parking (a few minutes walk), or by the hotel’s cute “apecars” that transfer guests and their luggage from the public parking to the venue.

If you go by this unique mode of transportation, it is really worth it to travel down the small, narrow street, with an incredible landscape of the Italian Riviera.

Styling ideas for a Wedding in Italian Riviera.

There are different kinds of decorations you could use in this beautifully unique wedding venue.

How about a style inspired by the atmosphere of the sea with lanterns and candles scattered like fireflies on the terraces: it would be so romantic!

Choose a rope knot, an element that recalls the sea, for place cards or napkins. You could also choose natural stones with the guests’ names written on them.

Natural succulent plants can be used for a more rustic style, or if you prefer something elegant, blue and white hortensias are wonderful flowers that perfectly adapt to the environment. White tissues that blow in the wind also make a dreamy atmosphere.
