For your exclusive wedding, choose an exclusive 18th-century villa surrounded by a hundred-year-old botanic park. The villa is located directly on the shores of Lake Como with a unique 200-meter-length private waterfront. Moreover, it has a private boat port and a swimming pool.
Furthermore, on the first floor there are 8 beautiful rooms for 16 guests. On the second floor hosts the game room, where guests can play billiards. There’s also a fully-equipped gym, a sauna with shower and a tea corner which completes the floor.
In this villa you can have only symbolic ceremony (not legally-binding ceremony).
For larger weddings, the villa can accommodate up to 140 guests.
Your Wedding in Lake Como.
My Proposal from April to October, from Monday to Thursday:
- English-speaking officiator for a customized symbolic (no legally-binding) ceremony.
- Exclusive use of the ground floor and the outdoor area of the villa (not the rooms)
- Live Music for the ceremony at the location: violin only or harp only for the ceremony.
- Makeup and hairstyling: Actual service on your wedding day at your hotel.
- Photographer for the entire event.
- Videographer for the entire event.
- Rich Aperitif/Cocktail hour on the terrace with appetizers.
- Served dinner on the panoramic terrace. Dinner menù: 1 starter, 1 first course, 1 main course, dessert buffet, wedding cake, coffee, wines and water.
- White wood seats chiavarina for the ceremony and the dinner.
- 1 hour boat tour for a photo shooting with the photographer
- End of the event at 2 a.m.
- Wedding planner service until the start of the dinner.
Extras: *SIAE fee (*read what SIAE tax is at this link https://michelalunardievents.com/what-is-siae-tax/ ). Transfers on request. Any other flower decoration for the ceremony and reception according to your taste is on request; 1 Suite for the bride and the groom + 7 suites (14 guests) the night of the wedding; Staff menu; Open bar.
