After you contact me, we’ll have a quick phone or Skype call to discuss some details about your wishes and needs for your wedding in Italy; you can tell me all about your personal style, and how you imagine your big day should be. I will also explain how I can work with you during the entire process. Afterwards, I can prepare a free wedding budget quote with our services to give you a better idea of the costs, so that you can decide. I work on a fixed fee, which is based on the type of wedding you request, the location, and number of guests. I will not charge any additional costs.

After hiring me, I will send a detailed agreement to you, including the mutually agreed-upon fee arrangement. Keeping your budget in mind, I will send directly to you the vendor’s information that you will need to have. You will be given the quotes in Euros and contracts of every single vendor in English, to make sure everything is clear and transparent. By respecting your pre-stated budget, I will help you to value high-quality supplier choices, beautiful venues, officiators, photographers, musicians, high fashion designers and exclusive caterers, dedicating all the time that is needed to organize your exclusive wedding.

I will send you all of the venues/vendors quotes, until we find the perfect solution for your budget and needs. No matter how long we have to arrange your wedding (most couples contact me 2 years or so before), I would recommend for you to come to Italy at least a few days beforehand, to visit your chosen venue, organize hair & make-up, and choose the menu, so that you can feel confident on your big day. Lastly, I will oversee the complete organization of your wedding with my team.

I will deal with the following services and will inform you with regular email and Skype calls:

BUDGET,VENDORS, AND VENUE

  • Budget creation and management.
  • Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls.
  • Location/Venue search and information (prices, policy, photos…)
  • Creation and management of a planning timeline.
  • Customized vendor recommendations.
  • Vendor liaison and relationship management.
  • Review of vendor’s contracts.
  • Payment schedules.
  • Visit with the wedding couple for location, rehearsal menu, hair and make-up, meeting with other vendors that the couple needs.

 

PAPERWORK ASSISTANCE

  • Give information and documents check-list.
  • Setting-up the appointment with the Town Hall.
  • Interpreter requested by law at the Town Hall for the Declaration of Intention to marry and during the wedding ceremony.
  • Mayor for the wedding ceremony to preside over the legally-binding civil marriage.
  • Achievement of the Legally-binding civil wedding certificate.

DESIGN

  • Consultation on event design and styling.
  • Styleboard: definition of the wedding fashion details.
  • Scenography and flower decoration, lighting and color design.
  • Wedding stationery: assistance with graphic design for announcements, invitations, church booklets, menus, place cards, table arrangements.
  • Decorations, objects / accessories, gifts and favors for guests.

DAY-OF COORDINATION

  • 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding day we introduce ourselves to the vendors you chose and get an idea on what to expect on your wedding day.
  • Review of your contracts to understand exactly who is doing what and when.
  • Creation of your day-of timeline, which will break down the details regarding arribal times, set*up and breakdown.
  • Site visit with you ti discuss all of the details you have planned.
  • Entire wedding day management.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Assistance with finding venues for rehearsal / welcome dinner and brunch.
  • Research of accommodations and transportation for guests.
  • Guest activities  (boat trips, travel excursions, etc).
  • Referral to Italian travel agencies for your Honeymoon, etc.
