The venue is one of the most beautiful Italian castles. One of the distinguishing characteristics of this venue is represented by the outside spaces with a splendid view of the valley. The wide courtyard, the lawn and the terraces, allow a versatile usage of the garden in events such as civil ceremonies, cocktails, outdoor dance parties and dinners. The castle is one of the few private structures in Umbria officially authorized to celebrate civil weddings in its old church or on the lawn, in the splendor of nature within its majestic old walls. It hosts 25 Rooms located in 3 different buildings with max capacity of 70 guests.

My proposal:
- Symbolic ceremony from May to September from Monday to Thursday.
- English-speaking officiant for a customized symbolic ceremony at the venue.
- Live Music for the ceremony at the location: violin + harp, or violin + cello, or harp + cello.
- Sound system for the ceremony with microphone, DJ set for aperitivo/cocktail hour, dinner and party.
- Actual service the day of your wedding at your hotel + One trial at the artist studio before your wedding day.
- 1 Photographer for up to 12 hours.
- 1 Videographer: for up to 12 hours.
- Flower decoration: floral arch, 1 decoration for the officiator’s table, 1 bouquet for the bride, 1 boutonniere for the groom. For the reception: decoration of long tables for 50 guests.
- Ceremony set up with chairs and table for the officiant. The ceremony will be in the garden with a wonderful view, where there will also be a welcome drink for your guests before the ceremony starts. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour and the served dinner can be outside. If the weather is not good, ceremony and cocktail hour can be held inside.
- Menu: buvette (beverage area) before the ceremony, aperitivo/cocktail hour after the ceremony, a buffet with starters with show cooking, a seated dinner with 2 courses with pasta, 1 main course with meat, one side course, the wedding cake, fruit and dessert buffet, coffee, wines, water, fruit juices, soft drinks, beers.
